Hi,
I have been trying to get GDAL merge to work, but to no avail. (Win7 x86 /
QGIS 1.6.0)
The GDAL bin directory is set to D:\Program Files\Quantum GIS
Copiapo\apps\gdal-17\bin
The message I receive is "'python' is not recognized as an internal or
external command,
operable program or batch file."
I have installed Python, set the system PATH etc, but this has not helped. I
even installed OSGeo4W separately, but it says:
'import site' failed; use -v for traceback
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "D:\OSGeo4W\bin\gdal_merge.py", line 31, in <module>
import gdal
ImportError: No module named gdal
Please help!
