+1 for having these native spatial drivers. I don't know about MS SQL, for Oracle you cannot distribute the required proprietary lib, which is however freely downloadable from Oracle. In any case this is required by the OGR driver too.
PS: The OGR Oracle driver is quite unusable at now.
