Hi all.
I think the link "Bugs" in our home page should not land directly on
Redmine, but on one page explaining:
- how to open a ticket (first replicating it, then checking if it's new,
then registering @ osgeo, etc.)
- how to have the bug fixed: do it yourself and send a patch or pull
request, hire a new developer, or contract one of qgis-dev (I could
assist in the process if necessary)
