Our organization is looking to participate in a demonstration project for a
cloud-based image server that would serve imagery via WMS, WMTS, and via WCS. I
know that QGIS already supports the OGC WMS standard but would it also act as a
client consumer of WMTS and WCS data in order to test this service. Looking
through earlier posts I find a few references to a possible WCS implementation
via GDAL but no references to WMTS.
