Do you think this representation where transparency is retrieved from an attribute value is efficient and interesting? http://www.axismaps.com/blog/2008/11/a-new-kind-of-election-map/ There is also this one: http://dsparks.wordpress.com/2011/10/24/isarithmic-maps-of-public-opinion-data/ I just wondered if someone had already thought of implementing this in QGIS? For the moment, I only know R which is capable of such thinks. Additionnally, would you think it would be interesting to give lines a width from an attribute value? Best, Mathieu
