Mmm empty list interesting... which icon has your installer? An android wearing a qgis or the Q logo alone? I just had the empty list issue as well due to my storage being unmounted. Do uou have an sd card in the phone? Where is the qgis installed? Did you try to install via pc? Get android sdk, Get the apk, then adb install path to apk? Ciao
