Hi Victor, I also apply for this privilege ;) I have just done a 3-days course on QGIS analyses, and obviously Sextante featured prominently. Moreover, I´m going to present what´s new and analytical capabilities of QGIS in verious venues, including FOSS4G-jp. The experience is generally positive, but several bugs are quite annoying, and in general there is a feeling of a minefield, as we can never know which command is going to work. I´m with Tim here: having a nice test suite that just check if each module gives an output would be of paramount importance for both usage and bugfix. Even better when we´ll be able to check the validity of results, but simply checking its presence would already be a big improvement (and probably not too difficult to do, recursively for all backends and modules). Obviously I´m ready to help. All the best. -- Paolo Cavallini - Faunalia www.faunalia.eu Full contact details at www.faunalia.eu/pc _______________________________________________ Qgis-developer mailing list Qgis-developer@lists.osgeo.org http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/qgis-developer
