I like bootsrap too and jQuery. I hate ExtJS. Brian [1] has bootstrap for Leaflet for Leaflet Users. http://users.leafletjs.com/ Of course, it needs to be resized if we decided to use it for QGIS Users map. GeoDjango, I think works with Leaflet.
