Good - how can we proceed here?
Who would have time and knowledge to do the work in OSGeo4W?
Who would be able to fund?
Can the QGIS PSC discuss whether some of the existing QGIS money could
be used for that purpose (I would say - only if we can't organize other
sources of funding).
Unfortunately my own employer can't participate with funding this
effort, because we already paid too much for other improvements this
year and we already have projects for next year.
