Hi all,
The W3C SVG working group is discussing the addition of label-points
(similar to a centroid, but guaranteed to be within the polygon) to the
SVG format.
If anyone of you developers have any experience or input what
algorithms are recommended, please let the SVG WG know or join the
discussion at
