For what it's worth... I'm in a ESRI+QGIS environment. I feel QGIS should obvioulsy improve spatialite usage. It should be intuitive and easy to create, save, export spatialite layers.
For ESRI I can always convert to shapefile, like I have to do when going from ESRI to QGIS. Hopefully as SL's adoption grows ESRI will pick it up. We can't wait for them though...
