Hi,
To report bugs you first need to create a OSGEO user id at
http://www.osgeo.org/osgeo_userid and then create a new issue at
http://hub.qgis.org/ - it is not very hard. In your case you would open
a feature issue, not a bug issue. Of course it would be good to first
search in the existing bugs and feature request to avoid duplicate bugs.
