Hi all.
Sorry I know little about Windows; I think if possible keeping the possibility
of
installing without admin rights would be very good. In many corporate
environments
installing as admin requires lots of complications, so the non-admin install
proved
an effective tool for QGIS success in these situations.
Has this been changed recently? In case, can this be reverted?
All the best.

 -http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/ticket/304 which likely causes permissions
issues when not run as Admin on an existing OSGeo4W install where all
files would require Admin privileges to modify.

 thanks for the hint.

I suggest some short note about this somewhere in website/wiki/trac and
 then to close the ticket.
