It is bundled in the OS X GRASS, but *inside* the package for GRASS use, not alongside as a global install. Having an app use libraries from another app is messy and fragile. (I know QGIS uses GRASS libraries, and this has always bugged me)
If saga_gui and saga_cmd can be split (I assume that means saga_cmd would not need wx?), that would be great.
