Yes, I still have to work on the UI a bit. Unfortunately, I am not an expert on PyQt, and the only way I found of of making the commander stay there is to make it modal. I tried other ways, but they ended up having the commander floating around other windows, which is not a good thing.
Suggestions are welcome By the way, I will update the docs with a description of the commander and how to create custom commands for it (it's really easy...)
