Hello, My understanding is that it is a commercial service, so you don't have any licence.
QGIS is open source, all code source and patches are already publics or in master. If I understood correctly, QGIS entreprise is a binary with backward patches, maintenance and support services. Pirmin will correct this if needed. Y.
