I like the idea of the informal round tables, but I will try to set up

to do.

Fantastic. The reason I proposed to have a loose programme was to keep Nathan
happy :>

Hi Saber,
I will do so tomorrow.
I expect the sessions to be more of an informal "round table" and not a
"presentation talk" as such. Although I hope we get somebody to give some initial input
in most of the sessions.
Nathan asked me for being able to participate in some and I think these will
have to be scheduled rather in the morning, he is GMT+10 afaik.
Let's see if Larry or somebody else of the other end of the big lake would like
to participate in some talks as well.
I also noticed, that there are two different kind of people. The technical ones
vs. the web and documentation interested ones. So we could also run some
sessions in parallel.

Hi Robert,
We are arranging the webcasting and people should be able to see the
talks live. The main thing is to sort out the time table so people
from different time zones can re schedule their sleeping times!
Mathias K, would you be able to schedule a (loose) programme of the
talks after the votes?
Cheers,
Saber

Hi happy HF-ers,
Is it possible to record and publish this sessions (by Victor) and the
other?
I'm ready to participate online (IRC, ...), but recorded one will give
much stronger feedback and attract more developers.
regards,
Robert

And of course - the more people know howto create and extend sextante

looking forward to talk with you all!

I discussed with Werner about running a small session about the
architecture of the Processing plugin and how to easily develop new
algorithms for it. If anyone else finds this interesting, let me
know and we can organize it.
