I have access/know how to edit the menu's on osgeo.org. I can also grant
permissions to other osgeo users to edit content. Normally these
requests are handled via trac.osgeo.org/osgeo tickets tagged for the Sys
Admin Committee (SAC).

As for the landing page there are a couple of choices:
1. You can edit and maintain the in place page.
2. We can point it to http://live.osgeo.org/en/overview/qgis_overview.html

3. The link can go to qgis.org, though I can't recall if the
Marketing/Outreach committee and Board preferred the above 2 options
over this one.

Thanks,
Alex
