Ok, try :-) Also did api.qgis.org Not sure if I choose the best deep link pages, eg issues.qgis.org is a direct link to hub, but we could also link to the explanation pages in the docs ( http://www.qgis.org/en/site/getinvolved/development/index.html#tickets ).
