The only barrier is QGIS compiling on ARM had some issues the last few years. Might be fixed soon. https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=739029
There's no other reason it won't work. If you're running Debian then it should just be a matter of waiting for the packages to be available to try.
