Hi Etienne. Thanks for your reply.
I checked the "Manage and install plugins" but I found no updates. However, I just used a running copy of QGIS and when starting a new instance, the ValueTool update became available. I guess I expected the plugin manager to check for updates when entering the manager. Anyway I hope the update works :) Regards, Casper From: Etienne Tourigny [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: 3. april 2014 16:16 To: Casper Børgesen (CABO) Cc: [email protected] Subject: Re: [Qgis-developer] ValueTool error This has been reported a few times: on the bug tracker and on the qgis-user mailing list just yesterday. Version 0.8.4, released a week ago, fixes this bug. I was able to install that version with qgis-2.2.0 but on linux - do you not see the latest version (0.8.4) in the plugin manager?
