Hi! I do all instructions for the "INSTALL FOR WINDOWS", to compile Qgis 2.3, at the part of PACKAGE with perl options, and replace the directory to customize for compile qgis, dont send me an error, but when i install the package customize, don´t execute the qgis with grass. Please can you send me details the step by step for package correctly, or contact with person develop who help me!. Sorry my english.
