If is it user responsibility to enter webservices addresses and hit rate, then I wouldn't care. Even a simple "wget" command can be used against many TOS, IMHO it's end user's responsibility to check TOS and use the tolls accordingly. -- Alessandro Pasotti w3: www.itopen.it
