Hi, next friday four weeks after the release have passed. Preponing the release plan starting with 2.8 (see not yet adopted QEP #3) this would be a time for a point release (as there wasn't a week without backports before) - although the nightly builds of the release are not yet inplace.
Please check if all your fixes that apply to 2.6 are applied to the release before Friday 1200 UTC.
