Where is the structure and format of a .QGS project file detailed?
The header of a .QGS file indicates:
<!DOCTYPE qgis PUBLIC 'http://mrcc.com/qgis.dtd' 'SYSTEM'>
... however, that link leads to a 'not found' page. Can't find anything in
the online documentation, either!
