I thing the problem is that "GROUP BY" is not supported on shapefile
format.

in the DB manager I can run the same query and then load the file when
I specify the GEOMETRY column. That's ok
But why I don't have any problem with other statements like order by?
When I ran those queries the file is correctly loaded with no GEOMETRY
specifications..
