I approved all pending entries. Etienne Trimaille and I will spend the day
tomorrow tidying up the change log. If anyone has more content please pass it
along for me (both for new or existing entries). Some of the entries are take
quite a bit of time to generate screenshots for (e.g. anyone have 3d point
cloud rending screenies?) so any help with nice screenshots will also be
appreciated.

Regards

Tim
