No, I'm not looking to compare images, but output code (HTML, JS, CSS). On
my simplest test, the test output matches my reference output generated
manually from my desktop QGIS install, other than the bounds coordinates.
After resizing the canvas to 400x400, my desktop gives:

[46.467810665,6.365579615],[55.021370435,14.919139385]

The test gives:

[47.6981716,-0.605956623077],[53.7910095,21.8906756231]

By the way, this *should* all be EPSG:4326, but since I'm not really a GIS
person, I start to get twitchy when dealing with CRSes and projections.
