exactly... I'm following these instructions.
Looks like you don't have libgeos-dev installed - which should make
dpkg-buildpackage fail, which it apparently doesn't.
make[4]: *** No rule to make target
'/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgeos_c.so', needed by
'output/lib/libqgis_core.so.2.13.0'. Stop.
make[4]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....
that's weird.. it seems it is installed:
matteo@debian:~/lavori/QGIS/QGIS$ aptitude search libgeos
p libgeos++- - Geometry engine for GIS - C++ development files
i A libgeos-3.4.2 - engine for Geographic Information Systems - C++ Library
i A libgeos-c1 - engine for Geographic Information Systems - C Library
