Hi Ivan,
QGIS Server implements WFS version 1.0.0. In this version SRSNAME
parameter does not exist. The WFS 1.0.0 is defined as a way to access
and edit raw vector data. Because of this definition, I have implemented
WFS as a way to access and edit data as it is and in the CRS of the layer.
If you think "Server Side Transformation" will be useful for clients, I
think it will be preferable to implement WFS 1.1.0 with transactional
capabilities than force transformation.
In my WFS WGIS Server Todo list, I have :
* Add tests before extending QGIS Server WFS capapbilties
* Implement WFS 2 or WFS 1.1.0
Tests will be my priority before adding features.
Regards,
René-Luc

Hi Ivan,
I agree that it would be expected behavior that the WFS layers are
delivered in the CRS of the project. Seems logical to me.
Thanks
However, for performance reasons, OTF reprojection should not be
recommended to new users - esp. in QGIS server context.
Yes, but in WMS server OTF reprojection is working correctly for some time.
I agree that OTF reprojection is performance penalty, but such inconsistency
when this feature is available for desktop and WMS and not available for WFS
is much more confusing.
Is anybody working on OTF implementation for WFS server or should we provide a
fix ?
