Am I right that there is no native way to add a tileserver (http://blah.com/x/y/z etc) layer in QGIS? Is there one overriding method people use - one plugin preferred over others? I want people to be able to add tileserver layers easily to qgis2web webmaps, but I have to know what form they will take in QGIS in order to achieve this.
