Hello! I'm the author of viewshed analysis plugin for QGIS ( https://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/ViewshedAnalysis/). I have recently submitted the software to the fresh "Journal of open source software" http://joss.theoj.org/ - but which is in pain to find a reviewer. Would there be anyone interested ?
