I'm wrestling with GDAL at the moment, and thought I'd check the OSGeo4W installer to see if it was up to date. I have GDAL 2.1.0-3. While vaguely familiar with semantic versioning, I have no idea what the number after the hyphen signifies - I've seen it change in QGIS as well. Can anyone tell me?
