I have found how to update i18n/qgis_*.ts without requesting transifex:
./scripts/update_ts.sh update
Is it the right way ?

Hi René-Luc,
if I'm correct the transifex resources are updated via a github commit
hook... So committing your change should make your new strings show up
on transifex too (within some time...)
Plz Juergen/Werner correct me if I'm wrong...
