The nightly builds are currently based off the 2.x series, and a new one is only made when there's been changes since the last one. Almost all the work now is being done on the 3.x branch, so, no new nightlies... When the nightlies change over to the 3.x branch the new releases will start flowing through again. With TONS of changes, but also no working plugins. There's no timeframe on this yet.
