I don't know of any way, I'm afraid. It's up to you, of course, but I don't see any reason to keep old versions up in the plugins repo. Leave the most recent two or three, and the latest version which supported any previous QGIS versions. You can keep every release on Github. This way saves QGIS.org some hosting space.
