Hi devs
In the browser, single WMS toplevel groups are not displayed. Looking at
qgswmsdataitems.cpp (around line 110), this seems to be intended
behaviour. However, the result is that the WMS 1.3 toplevel group cannot
be added to the map by drag-drop (only with the add WMS dialog). Is
there a special reason these toplevel group is skipped (maybe
convenience that the user does not have to unfold the top group)?
