Hi,
I have a virtual field that shows the length of the geometry of a
feature. It is an important attribute for us in this project, as we are
dealing with river networks and need to know the length as soon as
possible, because other manual attribute fields depend on this value.
When I create a new feature, I frist create the geometry and the the
attribute form is opened. However, despite the fact that the geometry
already exists, the virtual field still doesn't display the length of
the geometry. It only updates when I close the form and then reopen it.
Is there something we could do about this problem that virtual fields
could be calculated / initialized earlier?
