My5c: Shipping without the composer python API for QGIS 3.0 is going to pretty 
disappointing for any authors who rely on it to do printing with their plugins.

Yes I can set one up but lets first ask Jürgen to comment / say whether he has 
(other than the position he has already stated) any technical reasons why its 
not viable to do this?
