Hi devs: using master (from OSGeo4W) I have a local copy of MetaSearch in ~/.qgis3/python/plugins/MetaSearch, however MetaSearch is only recognized from the qgis-dev install of OSGeo4W in /OSGeo4W/apps/qgis-dev/python/plugins/MetaSearch.
Any idea what I'm doing wrong here? I'd like to be able to have QGIS work off the local plugin.
