In general, the dates are announced at
https://www.qgis.org/en/site/getinvolved/development/roadmap.html?highlight=roadmap#release-schedule
- except for 3.x releases where we still wait for some features to be
added to the code base. Once 3.0 is released, Jürgen will also publish
dates for the 3x point releases.
