[QGIS-Developer] Changing mAction.svg

Hi, 

I'd like to change the color in the "mAction.svg" icon from blue to
yellow (or some other color, if you have a better idea). Would people be
ok with this change? 

It concerns
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/blob/master/images/themes/default/mAction.svg


Reason: better distinguish this icon from the icon
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/blob/master/images/themes/default/mActionIdentify.svg
 

People are frequently mixing up these two blue arrows.
