Hi Idan, bug fixed very quickly by Jürgen Fischer https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/ticket/581 You will find a proj4dll 4.9.3-2 package in OSGeo4W Setup (64 bit) containing the correct 64 bit version of proj.dll
