Hi, in QGIS 2 I made a startup script that adds default configuration for new users in a networked environments, that are launching qgis for the first time (the script is setting the values on windows registry, i.e. the proxy).
In QGIS 3 what is the best way to achieve this? I see that there's now %APPDATA%\QGIS folder.
