Hi all,
If you check the option "ignore the encoding declaration of the internal
form file", QGIS does not seem to read the CPG file if exists.
Is there a reason not to use the CPG file to automatically propose the
correct encoding, rather than proposing the last encoding in the dialog
box (or by drag and drop) ?
