Nyall, ok for the FeaturesServer protocol this is clear then: hide it there. Question: But should we then (only) add it to the Files-open? Because having a esrijson file on disk, it could be handy to be able to open it? Currentl FeatureServer provider only provides opening of online data (which I think is fine) Question: Then same for SaveAs, I think we should add it, as it could be handy to be able to save some shp/json dataset to a esrijson file, eg because you want to see what it looks like or because something is going wrong?
