Thanks a lot Thomas for this analysis. Since apparently all the errors are for 2.18 plugins, I suggest leaving everything as it is (most if not all are a known consequence of shutting down hub.qgis.org). Things will sort themselves out as 2.18 support has been dropped. All the best.
