If you want those you also need to include ubuntugis-unstable ppa in your /etc/apt/sources.list file (see ubuntugis documentation (https://link.getmailspring.com/link/[email protected]/2?redirect=https%3A%2F%2Ftrac.osgeo.org%2Fubuntugis%2Fwiki%2FUbuntuGISRepository&recipient=cWdpcy1kZXZlbG9wZXJAbGlzdHMub3NnZW8ub3Jn))." .... so if I understand that correctly I needed to add ubuntugis-unstable?
