I have had a number of people want MGRS zoom to and capture tools that provide separate icons and windows from the Lat Lon Tools plugin. My choices where to either add these additional features to Lat Lon Tools or else to create a separate MGRS Tools plugin. I decided to create a separate plugin for those who need it.
