Hi,

I'm having similar issues and sent a message previously. Please can someone
confirm if this is a known bug which is being worked on as it is causing me
quite a few issues and at the moment I've run out of ideas; it appears to be a
regression in the latest release (unless it has been fixed now).

Cheers,
Paul

When I try in python console to import pyproj with QGIS 3.10.3 in Windows 7 and
in Windows 10, I get the next error:

ImportError: DLL load failed

I don't get any error with QGIS 3.10.2.

I have PROJ 6.3.1 in v3.10.3 and I had PROJ 6.3.0 in v3.10.2.
